Between 16th of June 2020 and 30th of September 2020, you can request a deferred payment solution for your consumer or mortgage loan, excepting the credit lines (overdraft or credit cards).
This solution involves suspending the obligation of paying capital, interest and commissions, if any, in accordance with the contractual provisions, for a period of 3 months and extending the duration of the loan with the duration of the deferral. The exception is the "Prima Casa" loan, for which the new loan term cannot exceed the maximum possible duration of 360 months.
Interest and commissions are calculated according to the provisions of the loan contract and will be paid in installments, for the entire duration of the loan, without applying costs to them. In the case of “Prima Casa” loans, the FNGCIMM annual management fee, due during the deferral period, will be paid on the first installment after the deferral period and subsequently, at annual intervals.
To implement this solution, it is necessary that all parties to the loan contract (borrower, co-borrower, guarantor) to sign an addendum at the loan contract. It is also important to note that, in the event of default amounts, they are not subject to deferred payment solution and you will need to pay them as soon as possible, in order to avoid the accumulation of penalty interest under the loan contract.

Please note that during the deferred payment period, interest and commissions will be calculated, according to the provisions of the loan contract, and they will be charged after the deferred payment period by dividing them to the remaining loan period, according to the examples showed bellow.
Therefore, after the end of the payment deferral period, the monthly rate will increase compared to the current situation. Also, the repayment term will be extended with the deferral period.

We offer the possibility to micro-companies (companies with a turnover below 1 million Euros) as well as to Authorized Individuals and Liberal Professions, who are temporarily affected by the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. They can request a grace period of 3 (three) months for the payment of principal installments and for the payment of interest, provided for in the Credit Agreement ("Grace Period"), the crediting period to be extended by the Grace Period, as well as the exemption from the payment of monthly fees provided for in the Credit Agreement Grace period. The interest due corresponding to the due amounts, the payment of which is deferred, will be paid in installments for the remaining period until the new maturity, after the Period of Grace.
The modification of the contractual clauses, as an effect of the approval of the Clients’ request, is made by concluding additional documents by the parties.

During this difficult time, online phishing and electronic fraud attempts are more and more prevalent.
These are attempts to defraud banking / personal information take the form of an online or SMS messages, which appear to be sent by a banking institution and require access to an attachment or link. If you receive such a message, your bank information such as card / password / CVV number, etc. will be stored. Therefore, if you receive such a message you must delete it, the bank will never send SMS or e-mail verification, alert messages containing forms or redirects to other sites where you are asked for other personal data.
