Beneficiaries:

- Farmers organized as legal persons who are registered in the books of APIA land in mining (owned or leased) and intends to purchase in areas leased previously (worked / operated under lease) so that the total area of the property does not exceed 750 Ha, in case of OUG 43/2013
- Legal entities for buying farmland, with no area limitation

Loan: acquisition of farmland
Loan amount: maximum 90% of the acquired areas (excluding VAT)
Currency: RON/EUR
Granting period: credit is provided on the medium and long term
Grace period: max. 24 months/ 12 months in case of OUG 43/2013
Guarantees: flexible structure guarantees
