According to article 113 letter A of CNVM Regulation no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that Mr. Philippe Charles LHOTTE decided to renounce to his mandate as member of the Board of Directors of BRD – Groupe Société Générale S.A. starting with December 1st, 2017.
