Traineeship@BRD invites you to work on a project within our campaign, for 6 months.

If you are a student in the last year of study, or you study for a master's degree at an economic or technical university, you have exceptional academic results, you speak at least one foreign language fluently, you got involved in extracurricular activities, you like challenges and complex projects, you are energetic, innovative, change oriented, you have good communication skills and work well in a team, then you can try this project.

In that period, you will work along with a dedicated tutor and you will undertake various activities for the implementation of the proposed project.

Your schedule will be flexible, between 4 and 6 hours/day, and when the program ends you will receive an evaluation from the tutor, who also will provide you with career counselling.

Application period: March / May
