What does it offer?

With MyBRD Contact you can:

- Obtain information regarding: the products and services you hold, the amounts received through Western Union and the nearest branches where you can collect them, the bank offer of products and services.
- Perform loan pre-acceptances and appointments with a customer counselor.
- Subscribe to various products and services.

Allowed operations

- Round the clock operations: You can consult the account balance, obtain information about your latest 10 operations (5 debit and 5 credit), request the blocking of the card in case of loss/theft, as well as its unblocking.
- Operations available between 08.00 A.M. and 10.00 P.M: Transfers within the bank and to other banks, bill payments, opening and closing term deposits, receiving the account statement by email.
