Through the Habitat real estate loan you can refinance other real estate loans, including the Noua Casă.

  • Credit period: maximum 360 months;
  • Interest rate - you can choose between fixed or variable interest for the entire period or fixed interest in the first 3 years and variable thereafter;
  • The maximum amount depends on the value of the property(s) you choose to pledge;
  • You benefit from zero commission: for analysis of the loan file, if you refinance a loan from another bank. In addition, if you opt for a current account package, you also benefit from a zero admission fee for your current account;
  • You benefit from a free property valuation, when the valuation is carried out by an appraiser appointed by the bank.

A wide range of income is accepted: salaries, pensions, dividends, royalties, rents, self-employment income.

You are safe for the entire credit period by concluding a life insurance that offers you and your family protection in case of unforeseen events (total and permanent disability from an accident or death from any cause). The policy is mandatory and ends at the moment of signing the credit agreement, for the entire crediting period. 

In addition, it is necessary to take out an insurance policy for the property(s) brought as a guarantee. This can be concluded in collaboration with BRD Asigurari Generale or with another insurer, depending on your option.

BRD Asigurari Generale offers its customers several types of home insurance:
