The Equator Principles

BRD  analyses all financing projects worth more than 10 million USD in compliance with the Equator Principles, as a subsidiary of the Societe Generale Group.

Société Générale has been an active member of the Equator Principles since their adoption in 2007, being a member of the steering committee and of several working groups.

Green financing

BRD recorded in 2012 green financing* worth EUR 146,395 million and EUR 76,9 million in 2011.

The phrase "green financing" reunites the financing in renewable energy (wind, solar, thermal, photovoltaic, geothermal, biomass, etc.) cogeneration, biofuels and activities related to the recycling and treatment of waste and emissions.
