Click to Pay is a modern standard for online payments, created by Visa and Mastercard, based on the EMV® Secure Remote Commerce specifications, which allows you to pay quickly and securely wherever you see the Click to Pay icon, without manually entering your card details.

The Click to Pay functionality is activated directly from YOU BRD, from the “Cards” module, at the level of each debit or credit card displayed in the mobile application.

In the Click to Pay section, we display your e-mail address and phone number declared to the bank. 

Before activating Click to Pay, please check and confirm that this data is up to date. If something has changed in the meantime, please first update your personal data in YOU BRD, the “Other” menu and then retry the Click to Pay activation.

Click to Pay is available at tens of thousands of merchants worldwide. Look for the Click to Pay icon to use cards saved to your account.

Using Click to Pay is very simple and is done directly in the payment process of the participating merchant. Here are the steps:

  • Look for the Click to Pay icon/button at checkout
  • Confirm your identity via OTP code, if necessary 
  • Select the card saved in your Click to Pay profile and complete the payment without manually entering the card details.

You can permanently disable this functionality for all registered cards by using the "Cancel Click to Pay" button in your Click to Pay profile.

Click to Pay is free. There are no fees or additional charges for paying with Click to Pay.

To continue using Click to Pay you must activate the functionality on the newly issued card, by going through the Click to Pay activation process in YOU BRD
