Click to Pay is a fast and secure online payment method, supported by Mastercard, Visa. With Click to Pay, you securely store your payment information in one place and can complete purchases with the cards saved in your account.
At participating merchants that offer Click to Pay, the system will automatically recognize your email address or mobile phone number and give you access to your saved cards to speed up the checkout process. Alternatively, you can use the Click to Pay button if it is displayed at checkout.
Click to Pay is available at tens of thousands of merchants worldwide. Look for the Click to Pay icon to use cards saved to your account.
Click to Pay is free. There are no fees or additional costs for paying with Click to Pay.
Your Click to Pay information can be used at any participating merchant worldwide.
You can sign up through your bank's app when you see the Click to Pay icon or during checkout at a participating merchant.
Mastercard Click to Pay sends an email when you sign up, confirming your information and the card you saved. Check the email address you used to sign up and look for an email from "Mastercard Click to Pay." It may be in your spam folder. Alternatively, your bank may automatically enroll your card and notify you or show you this information in your banking app.
You may have signed up for Click to Pay in one of the following ways:
- During checkout at a participating merchant
- By manually adding a card to your Click to Pay account through your bank's app
- Your card may have been automatically enrolled by your bank
You can add a card in two ways:
- When you pay online at a participating merchant with a credit or debit card, you can save your information to Mastercard Click to Pay.
- You can add a card through your banking app if you see the Click to Pay icon.
In addition to Mastercard, Click to Pay accepts cards from Visa and other payment brands. To add cards to Click to Pay from these payment brands, visit their Click to Pay websites.

- Your payment information is encrypted to prevent fraud and identity theft.
- Click to Pay's intelligent security alerts us to suspicious behavior and distinguishes you from malicious bots.
- Click to Pay sends a verification code to your email address or mobile phone number to ensure that only you are using your Click to Pay information.

One-time verification codes are codes sent to your email or mobile phone number to confirm your identity. One-time verification codes can be sent when you access your payment information on Mastercard Click to Pay, during the checkout process, or through your bank.
You are not charged when you receive or enter verification codes. You are only charged the amount of the transaction you make, once, after the purchase is completed.
Unique verification codes are sent to either your mobile phone number or email, depending on which best protects your payment information. Typically, unique verification codes are sent to your mobile phone number during the checkout process and to your email when you sign up for Mastercard Click to Pay, but the process can vary.
One-time verification codes can only be used once and are only valid for a few minutes. After this time passes, you must request another code. When you request a resend code, any previous codes become invalid. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try again later.
Enabling the "Remember me" option gives you faster access to your cards. You will be recognized and a unique verification code will not be required to access your cards the next time you checkout with Mastercard Click to Pay on the same device and browser.
You can choose to have your device and browser remembered during a Click to Pay checkout when reviewing your payment information. The option is also available when you sign up for Click to Pay.
