Package Insurance policies

The insurance policies attached to the BRD packages allow you to perform your daily banking operations and to fully enjoy the benefits offered, without worrying about any unpleasant events.

 

  • Protection in the occurrence of unwanted events
    Accidental hospitalisation, various damages affecting the products you purchase using your card, theft of the card etc.
     
  • Low financial effort
    The insurance policies are offered free of charge within the packages (except for Confort, for which you benefit from a discounted premium). 

How it works

  • In case of damage, you and your family are protected against any additional expenses, through the indemnities paid promptly by the BRD partners.
  • The range of insurance policies designed to protect the holders of BRD banking packages, which cover any expenses incurred in case of unwanted events (hospitalisation and surgical interventions, theft/loss of the card/documents, theft/damage of your purchases).

 

 

Confort insurance

Under the preferential premium Confort insurance in the package, you get insurance coverage for:

  • Loss/theft of the card;
  • Cash robbery, after withdrawal from BRD ATM or POS
  • Loss/theft of the personal documents and keys
  • Theft of the portable electronic devices.

Under the Purchase Protection Insurance, you get protection for the products purchased using your BRD ePayment card, against theft, burglary, robbery and/or accidental damage.

 

Hospitalisation Insurance

You get the following coverage:

  • Hospitalisation in case of accident or illness
  • Surgical intervention in case of accident or illness.
