Yes, you may appoint other people – account delegates (no limit in terms of the number) and you may grant them rights under a mandate for:

Performing operations (debiting and/or crediting) in connection with the current accounts – document signing
Appointing Delegates
Other operations subject to the mandate, as clearly specified on the Specimen Signature Sheet.
