Can I benefit from this service even though I have no subscription with a mobile phone operator?

This service is available whatever the phone card type, subscription or prepaid, for active users in the Orange, Vodafone and Cosmote networks.

Can alerts only be set at the bank?

You don’t need to go to the bank to set information alerts; you can set them by yourself, directly in the application.

Do I need a certain type of phone to access this service?
