Borut Vujcic is the new CEO of BRD Sogelease

BRD Sogelease IFN SA appointed Borut Vujcic as new CEO. He officialy took over this position in the beginning of the year 2018.

Before taking over the management of BRD Sogelease, Borut Vujcic was Country Supervisor with IBFS, the International Banking and Financial Services arm of Societe Generale (2014-2017) and Deputy CEO with Societe Generale Ghana (2011 to 2014).

Borut Vujcic joined Société Générale in 2004 and has a managerial expertise of more than 23 years in banking and financial services. His professional career in Société Générale started with the position of CEO with SKB Leasing (Slovenia).

“BRD has very ambitions objectives in terms of growth and profitability. In order to achieve our goals, the focus in the coming period will be especially on developing our international and local vendor cooperation. The customer segments Sogelease is going to target more intensively are SME’s and the agricultural sector. Moreover, Sogelease is intensively working on improving customer experience by optimizing the workflow and digitalization of processes. Anyway, we expect that the successful exploration of synergies between Sogelease and BRD will continue to be a strategic advantage and an important generator of growth.”

Borut Vujcic studied at the Karl Franzens Universität in Graz, Austria. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Management degree of Middlesex University of London, in addition to some other professional training programs.
