What are the types of bonds you offer?

Advance payment bond bank letter

The collateral requested for issuing bank bond letters may be deposits, mortgages on movable and immovable property, guarantees issued by guarantee funds etc.

How are the letters issued?

Letters are issued individually or subject to bond ceilings if the guarantee applications are multiple and recurrent.

Letters may be issued by post or via a SWIFT channel, in RON or foreign currency.

The validity of a bond is correlated with the terms of the contract concluded between the company and the partner.

May a client apply for the issue of several letters?

Yes, s/he may, depending on the specific nature of the activity, we can issue individual or ceiling-based bank bond letters.
