According to article 113 letter A of CNVM Regulation no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the Board of Directors of BRD- Groupe Société Générale S.A., held on February 8, 2017 appointed Mr. François José ALDEGUER to succeed to Mr. Jean-Luc Bernard Raymond GRASSET as Deputy CEO – Resources, with effective date May 1st, 2017.

The appointment of Mr. Aldeguer is subject to the prior approval by the National Bank of Romania.
