According to article 113 letter A of CNVM Regulation no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the Board of Directors of BRD- Groupe Société Générale S.A., held on February 8, 2017 appointed Mr. Benoît OTTENWAELTER as Interim Member of the Board Directors of BRD - Groupe Societe Generale S.A., until the first Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting is held.

The appointment of Mr. Ottenwaelter is subject to the prior approval by the National Bank of Romania.
