BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs investors and analysts that it will organize a live presentation of the financial results for the 2nd quarter and 1st half of 2017 on August 3, 2017, starting at 10:30 am (local time) | 8:30 am (BST). The presentation will last approximately 60 minutes, and will be followed by a Q&A session.

The presentation will be held in English and will be broadcast through a live audio webcast and via conference call.

The investors and analysts interested to participate are asked to send their confirmation via email at investor@brd.ro and iulia.petrovici@brd.ro by July 31, 2017.

The presentation slides will be available for download, before the event, on the company’s website, www.brd.ro, section Shareholders and Investors | Financial Information | Financial Results.
