According to article 113 letter A of CNVM Regulation no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the National Bank of Romania approved on July 13, 2017 the nomination of Mr. François José ALDEGUER as Deputy CEO of BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A.
