According to article 113 letter A of CNVM Regulation no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that Mr. Didier Luc Marie Dominique COLIN was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board and Senior Executive Director in charge of Risk Management at Komerční Banka.

As a result of this appointment, Mr. Colin renounced to his position as Deputy CEO of        BRD - Groupe Société Générale.
