The offer regarding the OMV Petrom’s share capital increase

BRD – Groupe Société Générale S.A. is appointed to intermediate the offer related to the share capital increase of OMV Petrom S.A.

OMV Petrom S.A. intends to increase its share capital by issuing a number of up to 4,639,664,234 ordinary, nominative and dematerialized new shares with a nominal value of Lei 0.1 /share (" the Offer"), which will be issued as part of the share capital increase of the company.

The Offer is addressed exclusively to existing shareholders registered in the Issuer’s shareholders register kept by Depozitarul Central S.A. on the registration date 06.07.2022 („Eligible Shareholders”), both individuals and legal entities.

The subscription price is 0.1 Lei per share.

The subscription period is 32 calendar days, starting from 12.09.2022 at 11:00 a.m. (inclusive) until 13.10.2022, 1:00 p.m. (inclusive).
