BRD Units Schedule During the Winter Holydays

On December 26, 2014 and January 2, 2015, the units in the major part of the shopping centers, together with those in Bran and Poiana Brasov, will be available for customers.

The agency in the Henri Coanda International Airport (Visa Tax) will be available for customers non-stop, on December 25 and 26, 2014 and January 1^st and 2^nd, 2015.

On December 25, 2014 and January 1st, 2015, BRD units, including those in shopping malls, will be closed.

BRD units (with the exception of those situated in the shopping centers and in the Henri Coanda airport) will have a different schedule also on:

December 24, 2014, when they will be open between 09h00 and 17h00
December 31st, 2014, when the large branches will be open till 15h00 and the Express agencies will be open till 13h00.

For the two week-ends occurring during this period (December 27 – 28, 2014 and January 3 – 4, 2015), only the units located in shopping centers, Henri Coanda airport (Visa Tax) and Poiana Brasov and Bran mountain resorts will function.

On December 29 and 30, 2014, BRD agencies will function normally.

Customers will have at their disposal during the whole period BRD’s more than 1,500 ATMs and 24,000 POS.

BRD remains close to its customers through its Internet and mobile banking apps, as well as through MyBRD Contact, which can be called at 0800 803 803 (toll-free number in Telekom network), 021 302 61 61 (normal toll number which can be called from Romania and from abroad), and *BANCA (*22622 – normal toll number, in Orange and Vodafone). MyBRD Contact will function, on December 24 and 31, 2014, between 8h00 and 16h00.

On December 25 and 26, 2014 and January 1 and 2, 2015 will be available only the automated balance consultation and operation options and the emergency services dedicated to card holders and MyBRD net and MyBRD mobile users.
