BRD -Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that the Bank will organize a live presentation of the preliminary financial results for the year 2015 and for Q4-2015 on February 12, 2016, starting at 11:00 am (local time) | 9:00 am (GMT). The presentation will last approximately 60 minutes, and will be followed by a Q&A session.

The presentation will be held in English and will be broadcast through a live audio webcast, which can be accessed through BRD’s website, www.brd.ro, section Shareholders and Investors  Financial Agenda | Financial Results. The event will be available via conference call as well.

The investors and analysts interested to participate are asked to send their confirmation via email at investor@brd.ro and elena.hagiu@brd.ro by February 10, 2016.

The presentation slides will be available for download on the company’s website before the event.
