BRD Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that it will organize a live resentation of the financial results for Q1-2016 on May 6, 2016, starting at 11:00 am (local time) | 9:00 am (GMT+1). The presentation will last approximately 60 minutes, and will be followed by a Q&A session.

The presentation will be held in English and will be broadcast through a live audio webcast, which can be accessed through BRD’s website, www.brd.ro, section Shareholders and Investors | Financial Agenda | Financial Results. The event will be available via conference call as well.

The investors and analysts interested to participate are asked to send their confirmation via email at investor@brd.ro and elena.hagiu@brd.ro by May 3, 2016.
