According to article 113 letter A of Regulation CNVM no.1/ 2006 on issuers and operations with securities, BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that Mr. Slawomir Mieczyslaw Lachowski, decided to renounce to the position as member of the Board of Directors of BRD – Groupe Société Générale S.A. in order to comply with the legal provisions existent in the special legislation regarding the maximum number of mandates that can be exercised simultaneously.

Please be informed that Mr. Slawomir Mieczyslaw Lachowski was elected by the BRD –Groupe Société Générale S.A.’s Ordinary General Shareholders Assembly on April 9th, 2015, as member of the Board of Directors and designated as independent director.
