In accordance with art.113 letter A of CNVM Regulation No. 1/2006 on issuers and operations with securities, the Board of Directors of BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. informs the investors that Mr. Didier Charles Maurice ALIX passed away.

Mr. Didier Charles Maurice ALIX held the position of administrator of BRD - Groupe Société Générale S.A. starting with 1999, his presence in the Board of Directors had a significant impact on the Bank's history.
