The La Casa Mea loan is a loan for the acquisition or construction of a building.

  • Curency: RON
  • Loan period: maximum 360 months
  • Interest rate type – you can choose between the variable interest for the whole period or the fixed interest in the first 8 or 15 years, followed by the variable interest
  • Down payment 15%
  • The maximum amount is EUR 120,000, equivalent in lei
  • You can opt for a partial grace period, during which no capital is paid, up to 12 months in the case of construction loans
  • You guarantee the property you want to buy or build.

A wide range of income is accepted: salaries, pensions, dividends, copyrights, rents, up to income from independent activities. You can get a higher amount if you also bring the income of a maximum of 3 co-borrowers.

You are safe for the entire crediting period by concluding a life insurance policy that offers you and your family protection in case of unforeseen events (unemployment, incapacity for work, total disability or death). Representative example valid on 15.02.2021, calculated for financing the first home through a La Casa Mea loan, amounting to 190,000 Lei, granted for 30 years and repaid in 360 equal monthly installments, with the collection of income in the account BRD: variable interest 2.50% + IRCC *, APR 5.06%, the value of the first monthly installment 1,034.70 lei, subsequently decreases as a result of the decrease of the insurance premium, the total amount payable: 361,067.33 lei (may decrease as a result of advance repayments), which includes file analysis fee 650 lei, monthly current account administration fee associated with the zero lei loan (cost valid during the holding of a package of products and services) life insurance 0.045% per month, charged to the credit balance you opt for the insurance distributed by BRD, as an affiliated agent of the BRD Life Insurance Insurer). The cost of valuing the real estate brought as collateral is zero lei if the appraiser is appointed by the bank. Real estate insurance (compulsory) depends on its value. The loan is secured by a real estate mortgage. We pre-approve your loan

If you have not yet found the much desired home, you can obtain pre-approval of the loan, valid for 90 days based on your income documents.

You find your home and pay the down payment

To pay the advance you can use the guarantee account for the pre-contract advance (Escrow account). This way you can be sure that you can recover your advance without any problems, if necessary.

You get final approval

After finding the home, you bring the property documents to BRD for the evaluation of the building and obtaining the legal approval. If everything is fine, you get the final approval of the loan.

Sign the contracts

On the day set by you, we will sign the sale-purchase agreement, the credit agreement and the mortgage agreement.
