E-mails sent on our behalf, where fraudsters try to get your card or personal details.
Which are the alarm signs?
  • Addresses that don't look official
  • Request for personal data
  • A link that seems reliable at first glance, but is not
What should you do?
  • Do not reply to these messages
  • Do not click on the proposed links
  • Do not communicate your PIN or other personal data

Trap windows

Additional trap windows when accessing MyBRD Net where you are asked to enter confidential bank card information.

The additional window containing the electronic form does not belong to MyBRD Net. The MyBRD Net Internet Banking application is not affected in any way and operations continue to be carried out securely.

What should you do?

  • Do not respond to this request
  • Do not click on the submit form buttons
  • Do not communicate your PIN or other personal data
  • Install and activate up-to-date antivirus software on your devices
  • Do not access MyBRD Net from public devices
